Everyone attending Chapel has experienced Roots — a student-led ministry that spreads the Gospel through music, drama, and Scripture.
Formerly known as HomeBase, it began as a way for returning student missionaries to continue their ministry. Today, the Roots outreach ministry, composed of a diverse group of 60 students, leads praise for church programs, youth rallies, and camp retreats throughout the West. “Feeling at home and having a sense of community everywhere we go is one of the most rewarding parts of our ministry,” says Michelle Pactanac, Roots Ministry director.
